a huge flood that destroyed over 200 homes-
I found these words etched in stained glass.

You arrive newly
Born and so ancient,
You dazzle me with
Fertility and wisdom,
New life, the dead
Risen to dance, make
Love again, fragile
Fern, ripening roots, 
Brittle bones, the Sprit rises
To meet each unknown
Beauty, your cloak
Grazing earth releases,
Each newborn ancient
Step listen 
Song First
Spring,
She begins to
Sing, orchid laughter,
Do you 
Remember the
First song
Ever sung
When we were
Orchids that
Spring?
